results were very good.

The tech was a little early but was professional and courteous. I have to question their cleaning methods because the areas I hoped would have been cleaned, were not. I know the tech tried to remove the spots but he said he was unable to. OxyMagic?? The process was actually quite fast and I was advised the carpets weren't terribly dirty. I'd hire a different company if I had to do it all over again.

My Mom loved them, she likes the idea that there is no chemicals used or smell and dyes fast.
She's is 88 yrs. young, and she won't use anyone else. This is the second time she called them.
They are nice to her, she doesn't feel threatened at all when she's alone and lets them in.
This summer I had a coupon for another company, she wouldn't bite!

Service: carpet cleaning of 1,658 square foot church dining area. Before it was cleaned the carpet (a) had widespread and very noticeable food stains, and (b) was not carpet cleaned in probably 10 years or more.
