I use their service on a monthly basis and they're really good.

We've used Mand R for years for lawn care and trusted that they would do a good job with our walkway. Process of selecting the correct materials went smoothly. The job was performed quickly and professionally, with beautiful results.

Overall, not a pleasant company to deal with. Wanted to fire them a couple of times but never did for convenience and their pricing for my maintenance was competitive (you can do better if you shop around). No to mention I wanted to support a local business. Well that all ended with leaf pickup in the fall.
We had our property serviced, unfortunatley we found out in early December that our last leaf pickup was on the 20th of November. First off, when they picked up leaves that week it wasn't even a complete job, there was leaves behind bushes and in the mulch, no person in their right mind would think that was a final job. I specifically told me wife that they would be back and it was fine. I even went back and read there terms of service which state they never charge for clean-up in December.
Well weeks pass and we finally reach out to the owner, who tells us the last clean-up was done and if we want to get another cleanup it would cost me $45 per hour per person. After challenging, he then states we were entitiled to 3 cleanups and that that last of the 3 was the 20th of November, and that his margins are low so his crew is done. So let me get this right, do my lawn 3 (I think they only came twice) weeks in a row in early November so you can send your crew home while I have bundles of leaves on my lawn and driveway.
Well, the rest of my street had their leaves cleaned into December. I now have to go pay another company to finish their incomplete job.
As for price, the new company is actually priced better and gurantees all leaves cleaned up into 2nd week of December.

THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY DO QUALITY WORK FOR THE PRICE.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THEY POINTED OUT THINGS THAT PREVIOUS LANDSCAPERS DID WRONG AND FIXED EVERYTHING FOR US. THEY GAVE US A QUOTE AND STAYED WITHIN IT, WHICH I REALLY APPRECIATED.
