the worst. Read their yelp reviews. Even look at the replies to their bad reviews and its not normal or professional to threaten legal action in a google review lol. Anyway, they are the most unorganized, unprofessional, rude and poorly run business. The woman who answers the phone will give you an attitude and speak over you if you question their service. Btw it took them around 5 trips to my house to get a simple job done. Ashton the sales rep, couldnt even communicate what was needed to be done to the technicians. I was unhappy with the job they did so my wife called and was harrased and hung up on. So needless to say she no longer wanted to deal with them. We could not agree with them on how to resolve the issue so they put a lien on our home. Just avoid them at all costs. I'm sure Ill get a humerous repsonse full of accusations from them for posting this....

Work was performed on the day specified, all drilled holes through porch and driveway were filled in with concrete and smoothed out. They pumped the chemical at least 18 inches into the ground all around my house. Two workers worked together to mix chemicals, drill holes and pump the chemicals. They took a few hours to do the entire job in one visit. They were polite and respectful when providing an estimate, and when performing the work. After the completion of the job, the supervisor stopped by to get my feedback.

I called Lady Bug because I could not get rid of chipmunks that were destroying my garden and had tried every humane method as well as poisons. They sent someone over promptly and we discussed the problem in great detail, since chipmunks are very smart and fast. It required 3 visits and has been very effective. The technician pitched a package deal including routine pest control for one year, which I bought due to the very damp spring and the huge pest issue this year. Their service has been excellent and since they are local, they are flexible and responsive. However, I haven't decided if I will continue the routine pest control next year, the cost feels somewhat high and I need to be convinced that it is necessary on an ongoing basis.

I can call them out anytime during the year and they will come out and do whatever I need them to. They come when they say they are going to come.

They trap the squirrels, take them away and release them. I like them. I had a good experience with them.

I used them when I moved into my house. They came out a couple of times. They were genuine and nice, but I thought they were pricey. I cannot compare their price because I had never used an exterminator before. The problem has resurfaced, and I am trying to deal with it. I have not called them back; it is not their fault. If the problem gets worse, I will consider using them again.

They were reasonable. They showed up early for the appointment. Not only were they really punctual as they were there an hour early, there were yellow jackets coming through the wall into our child's room, and they told us what to do before they got there. They showed up early to explain the chemicals and what they were going to do, and told us that if it didn't get rid of it, they would come back and they did and didn't charge us any extra. They get high ratings and I would use them again if needed.

THEY DIDN'T GET WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I HAVE CALLED THEM THREE TIMES AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHOWN UP TO FINISH THE JOB. I FEEL THE PRICES ARE FAIRLY COMPETITIVE WITH EVERYONE ELSE.

THEY WERE FINE. I THINK THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THIS COMPANY IS LOCAL, SO THEY KNEW WHAT EXACTLY TO SPRAY FOR AND WHERE TO SPRAY AT. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PEST PROBLEM YET, SO I THINK THAT THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB.

LADY BUG PEST SERVICE IS JUST AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. I HAD A SOME SCHEDULING PROBLEMS AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN FINDING A CONVENIENT TIME TO WORK AT OUR HOME.
