Great. It was a move-in cleaning and they cleaned from floor to ceiling, kitchen and bath, window sills, etc. All spotless and ready for us to move in. Katie is super responsive. Called the night before to confirm and showed up exactly on time.

Wonderful service. House smells great afterwards.

It went great! They are thorough and very careful when cleaning around my things. They are also very nice and always polite. I feel very comfortable leaving them in my house when I am not around. I've been using them for about 4 years now, and I would highly recommend them.

We've recommended them to the owner of the building. They're phenomenal and professional. They do little details with cleaning. A lot of cleaning companies tend to do the minimum when it comes to cleaning but Katie's goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about them. I haven't had any issues. There's always open communication with them.

Katie responded to my message on Angie's List right away. I spoke with her on the phone and she was able to schedule us for the very next day. She sent two cleaners to the house. They were on time, very professional, and did an amazing job, especially in our bathroom. We were so happy with their work, we decided to continue with regular, bi-weekly cleanings.

Excellent service and reasonable fee. I have weekly cleaning done for my mother and it is very thorough. The young woman who does the work is also very prompt...couldn't be happier!

Went well,but cleaning could have been better

Very well. 2 lovely ladies came to my house for 2 hours and they did a very good job. Even though they spoke little English, we were able to communicate. I was pleased and have asked them to come back again in 2 weeks.

I am using Katie's cleaning service for about 2 years, and can highly recommend it. They doing professional service all around my house, always on time, always to request, always up to expectations. Thank you Katie.

Katie was easy to communicate with and very helpful through the process. She had a few "girls" set to come to the house the day before we arrived with movers. We left a key and knew our painter might be finishing up. Katie communicated that they would work at $25/hour. I stated that I wanted a full, deep clean. We went through what they entailed (refrigerator, oven, bathrooms, cabinets, washer/dryer etc.). The full kit and caboodle! I made it clear that I'd rather them spend more time and it cost more as long as it was really, really clean. To be honest, I was excited! I left them a note when I was there and left open areas of the house that I wanted cleaned.
When we arrived on moving day, I was confused. I open the fridge and saw noticeable areas that weren't cleaned and it didn't "smell" fresh. I also saw debris on the kitchen floor. Needless to say it wasn't sparkling. I called Katie right away to inquire. She was responsive and offered to send the girls back to fix what they missed. However, as I kept going through the house, I was mortified at what wasn't done. It was almost as if they hadn't been there. LAYERS of visible dust. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I told Katie I didn't want them to come back. Instead, we negotiated a fair price that was less than she had initially asked for. I left a check for $50 that Katie had her driver pick up.
Needless to say, I cannot recommend this service and felt I needed to post here to save anyone else the trouble.

We have used Katie's cleaning twice so far. The first time before we moved in to our new home when it was mostly empty and again a few weeks later. The initial cleaning went well and I was happy with the results (hence the reason I called again).The 2nd cleaning overall was good. House seemed cleaned, but nothing over the top. However, it didn't have that clean smell that I've come to expect after my home has been fully cleaned. I haven't decided if I will use them again. I think that the hardest part was actually getting in touch with Katie to schedule. She is very nice and accommodating once you actually speak with her, but I've never called and had someone answer. You always have to leave a message and wait for a return call (which may or may not be timely). I think the best would be to get on a scheduled cleaning day/time with them so you don't have to worry about making an apt. Price was fair and competetive with others in the area

I've had Katie's Cleaning service for almost a year.  Nothing is perfect in life but they are fairly consistent in terms cleaning the basics, the day schedule and time. Our house is small but my pets shed and they do a great job taking care of the hair. That is a big help for us. They do a pretty good job on the basics. I do leave them instructions as to what I need to have done special and will pay extra for cleaning jobs outside of the norm.

I am not sure if the same crew comes every time so I want to make sure that my specific requests are completed and they usually are but a note insures that it's done.

My animals are a good barometer as to whether the cleaning people are acting kindly to them and they all seem to be use to their presence every two weeks with no stress.  Can't complain.

I left her a message. She called me back and left a message on my answering machine. I have left 3 more messages and have not heard back from her. Will use again depending on the circumstances.
