John and his crew showed up to remove snow. Left inches of snow on driveway and sidewalk. Horrible job. Took pictures and sent to him asking him to come back and fix it. He was so rude and aggressive on the phone. His response was nasty and he refused to discuss the pictures. He came back three days later after the sun had melted the sidewalk and said it was clear. He refused to address the poorly cleared (now icy) driveway. He never fixed the job and was very rude. Would never use his company for anything again.
Anyone want to see the bad pictures of his work, just let me know. The pictures tell the entire story.
