Five tapes were converted in two days in the week before Christmas. Very satisfied with the turnaround.

They did a really good job. They were excellent time-wise. I had very old VHS tapes. His price is good and everything. I called and he told me he had a drop-off in front of his studio so I just left it there. He contacted me and told me it would take about two or three days and that is when it was done and I went and picked them up. I have some more that I am going to bring to him when I get them together.

As stated above, I had requested that each reel of my film be transferred to DVD with each reel constituting a single file. This is not what came back.  Instead, the DVD I received had all of the reels mashed together into 3 files, accompanied by a boring sound track which I had not requested. There was no particular rationale for why thereels were grouped together as they were. In addition, the transfer was not clean; the in-focus film was rendered out of focus, in a format that did not provide for full screen (i.e., the bottom and top of the frame was chopped off) and the film itself had certain errors that could have and should have been prevented if anyone had been paying attention at the time of the transfer. All in all, I feel I wasted over $200 using this company's service.
