They came on time and went through the process. Cleaned 4 large rugs and 2 smaller. Was done in about an hour and a half. Left house clean and followed up the next day.

Perfect. I have known Gaylord and his family since he was a child. He is now a knowledgable businessman who provideso excellent service. Dave, who did most of the actual cleaning, is equally professional.

Went well.  Gentleman asked a lot of questions about how we treated the carpets in the past.  The carpets came out clean and virtually stain-free.

iwent well. very professional nice guy.  microfiber couches look great, made the 9 year old set look like they were a year or two old, very happy.  the fabric chair not as much as a drastic change.  i think more of that is due to fabric than their work, but definitely not as eye opening as the microfiber cleaning.  my only somewhat grip is that you have additional add on options, ie scotchguarding, and deodorizing.  I can see the scotch guard thing, but deodorizing should be tackled by the cleaning of the items.  But was told that after the couch is cleaned, their might be a slight smell that if thats the case, would have to clean again (and pay for) and pay extra for deodorizing.  Didn't really think that was fair.  Couch came fine without the additonal deodorize fee.  With all that being said, I would be comfortable using their service again.

Needed two bedrooms done quick - they squeezed us in, did a great job at a great price. Have used in past for area rugs too. Excellent service!

I had to change my appointment with them, and change it back last minute because of new floors being laid in my house. They were so helpful with my schedule. They also did a great job and were very honest about some stains the previous owner left that may not come out, but it looks great!

We have been using Gaylord Only for about twelve years. They have seen me through potty training toddlers and kids with stomach viruses (so gross!) Both Gaylord and Dave are very professional and I am completely comfortable having them in my home.

Gaylord has trained all his men to his standard. He sent Dave to do my cleaning. I have to say first that I had a sick cat who unhappily died a year ago. For way too many years, and especially at the end, she vomited repeatedly pretty much everywhere, but especially in certain areas - and it showed, despite my best efforts. There were also high traffic areas and faded areas. The chair I mentioned above was filthy since it's THE place I sit. I had looked into having it re-upholstered, actually. I, frankly, didn't expect much improvement. I was shocked after Dave left, and after everything dried. The carpet is brighter, the high traffic areas are barely noticeable. The brownish vomit spots are totally gone. There were two really bad areas by the front door - I don't know what happened there - but I didn't expect them to come clean. They are better but still apparent. My chair is not perfect - how could it be - but it is no longer an eyesore and I am dumfounded at the results. I am so happy to sit in it now!

Excellent service and response. Appointment dates were made clear and confirmed the day before scheduled. Cleaning of sofa was clearly noticeable and satisfactory. Carpet cleaning was superb. Looked like new.

Gaylord himself showed up and shared with us the options involved in cleaning our area rug of puppy stains. He was kind, professional, and his team moved all our furniture to remove our carpet. He also shared recommendations with us on future "incidents" with our baby pug. Right on target, his team showed up 3 weeks later and again moved our furniture to reinstall our rug. We were pleased with the results and will be using Gaylord again.

We use his services, as he is good. He and his crew are professional, timely and tidy. We ask only for him, as we know that the job will be done right.

Outstanding. They came, treated the stains; got them all out! Fast and neat. This is their slow season so I'm going to take advantage of it and call them for the sofa, loveseat, and a chair for August. I've had Gaylord do the kitchen floor (vinyl tile appears to look like real tiles with grout) and for hours thought it was still wet when it was, in fact, dry but just so incredibly shiny!! Haven't had him over in a while as I am too embarrassed to let him see what it looks like now.
