 + -1 moreHe gives a quote that is extremely honest and does not change his mind but makes the quote what it is you get. He is following through with all the problems. If there are little things that are not finished, he comes back and makes sure everything is followed through by the carpenter or any other workman associated with the job. When I wanted to get it done quickly and he said yes he can. He really did follow through on that.
Description of Work: Ferro Jr Patrick built an extension that became our laundry room. He also did an extension for both my daughters.
