Framing Service
Michael, the owner, was very courteous and understanding of what I wanted done. He also pointed out several preservation framing techniques that would protect my artwork for many years to come. His talent for picking the exact frame and matting to enhance my artwork was really special. He was very well organized and didn't waste time with things I wasn't interested in.

Framing Service
The owner was extremely slow to wait on us. He was also extremely inefficient - he seemed to like playing around with his computer system, which showed a preview of the finished product, more than listening to what his customers actually wanted. Though we picked the frame and made decisions quickly, we were in the store forever due to his dallying. We felt he was extremely pricey and rather arrogant and rude.
