When our 35 yr. old refrigerator died on 5/22 (just before Memorial Day weekend), I quickly took measurements and headed for Elm whom we had used in the past. The new fridge had to fit into a specific space and soon. I had managed to relocate most of the food into an even older fridge in the garage. Bob helped me find two suitable models on the showroom floor, checked their availability, found that one was back-ordered but the other could be picked up and installed the next day (5/23)!
Our delivery window was 2-4 p.m. The guys arrived at 4:15 (that's probably actually an A- rather than a B), installed the unit and were done by 5:15 taking away the old fridge - food and weekend saved! After checking various prices on line, I found that Elm's price was just about the same or lower. And I certainly could not have gotten quicker service anywhere else on a holiday weekend! When that old one in the garage goes, guess where I'm heading?

We went to Elm Radio and TV to get a price for a new wall oven to be installed in our kitchen. We have bought many appliances from them in the past including all appliances for a new kitchen remodel. Bob , the owner helped us find the exact oven we had in mind and was very helpful. He has had the store newly updated so it is lighter and more organized and a pleasant place to do business. He gave us a better price than another store we had been to and we made arrangements to have a measurement taken to insure the oven would fit properly. There would be no extra charge to have any adjustment made to the opening in the kitchen wall but he seemed quite certain there wouldn't need to be any carpentry done. The installer came the next day and measured and gave us the OK. A couple of days later, he was back with our oven but did arrive about an hour late. He installed the oven properly and we are pleased with the results. I would definitely return to Elm Radio because they gave us a better price, were polite and helpful and did the job required with the results we expected.

They gentlemen came at exactly the time they said they would. They were very patient with us with our questions. When I called about repairs, they offered free advice over the phone. They are very honest.
