Very conscientious company and Nestor goes above and beyond. What stands out with this company is their years of service, they are all union painters. The work was clean and not a speck of paint left on the ground. Very good communicator, and was always available.

Nestor's, team sanded, re-stained and coated hardwood floors through out the house. They were able to make un-maintained floors look new again. They also did a very good job on the stair case, banister and spindles.

Nestor did an excellent job of completely scrapping and repairing several cracks on the ceiling making them look as good as new. His skill and attention to the details is what made this job. He was able to also fix several cracks and indentations on several walls. Nestor did a fine job in painting and installing floor mouldings filling all nail holes in the trim. All paint was strained and every wall and ceiling received 2 coats

Customer service was excellent. I was called often to make sure I was in the know. We discussed all fees and costs upfront and when additional items came up, they were discussed immediately. After a slow start, our project went well after. The gentleman actually doing the labor was friendly and knowledgeable. This outfit can also handle other construction and renovation tasks that I would definitely consider in the future. Overall, a very good experience.

It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I am a first time homebuyer and was truly excited about refinishing my hardwood floors. I wanted to go with a company that knew what they were doing. The day of service a man who spoke no english showed up at my door. He used a circular buffer machine and left circular scratches all over my entire floor. It was hideous! I called and told the owner my concerns. At first he tried to brush me off, however, I told him he either redoes his work or I wanted a full refund. He came at 8pm at night to redo them, didn't leave until 3 am, and they still are horrible. They're peeling, a careless job.

He showed up on time as we agreed. Completed the work he promised. The quality of the work was excellent. The person who actually did the job was very good and worked hard all day. The pricing was a bit higher then I expected and he did raise the price about 15% when the work was completed. Overall I am happy with the performance.

Nestor and his crew are that rare breed of contractor - the actually care about the quality of their work and the client's satisfaction.

Polite and well intentioned but they were ill equipped, had erratic work schedule and the floors turned out disappointing as some spots unevenly sanded, worker got stain on moldings not being replaced, on slant fin baseboard covers, cut carpet left in closets too short for meeting saddles and cut saddles too short to meet door jams.

Right from the start we were impressed, everything was done to perfection and the job was done earlier than quoted. Price was very competitive with no extras even though some things were replaced. Workman were always working and stayed with the job 100%. I'm so glad I did not pick up the floors becasue the look New the floors were 40 years old. WE had some lamiate ib the hall, it was picked up and the floor was redune looking as good as new. I can say this was the best contractor I have ever hired. We know where to go for other items when we want more work done. 1000% recommended.

We really enjoyed working with MW Construction--during the project, they were very responsive, terrific at working within our budget and producing a beautiful result. When there were issues that developed throughout the project, they were great at remedying the situation professionally and efficiently. There are a few finishing touches that feel like they were a bit rushed (trash can installed on wrong end of island, no floor trim installed in front of dishwasher, etc.) but overall we were very pleased. I would definitely recommend them, but I would suggest making sure that you have everything you want done, and fixes, touch up, problems resolved during the course of the project. While they gave a one-year full coverage warranty, it was difficult to get a hold of them once the project was finished to have them back out to remedy a few minor problems. However, during the project--a really great team, respectful, helpful, considerate and did a beautiful job working within our budget! Overall we were very happy and recommend Roman Home Improvement.
