I simply can not say enough positive things about my experience with Marisa. She really goes out of her way to help find the home that is right for you. The condo I purchased was much less than what a house in the same area would have sold for, yet Marisa treated me as important as any of her other clients. No matter what the issue was from needing an Attorney to helping me sell a piece of jewelry, Marisa was able to find a solution.
I can truly say, if it were not for Marisa I would not have been able to close on the condo I purchased. There were extreme delays by the bank/lender while processing my loan (approximately four months). Understandably, the seller wanted to relist the property and cancel the contract. If it were not for Marisa keeping the seller's side informed and negotiating the additional time needed, I would not have been able to close. Marisa is much more than just a realtor and I can not recommend her highly enough.
