BUGSY'S ROOTER & DRAIN CLEANING

Called Bugsy on a Monday night - he came Tuesday and cleared the lines - filled with wipes from prior owner. He was amazing, efficient and really price conscious. Would highly recommend.

Ted arrived less than half an hour after we spoke on the phone and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our drain line. He cleared the line for a very reasonable price. Super nice guy, honest and cleaned up completely. Couldn't be happier with his work.

Not an emergency, so speed of response was not an issue. Called in the evening and arranged to have “Bugsy” come by the following afternoon. Magically, the drain cleared itself overnight. Honest! It was clogged on Tuesday but clear Wednesday afternoon when he checked it. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, provided a lot of information about pipes in old houses like mine and how to deal with them. Since no work had to be done, he charged me only for making the call. Would definitely call him again if needed.

Great! Came when he said he would. Did a thorough job. No problems since. It's been two months.

Had another plumber come out first who gave up and was unable to clear the drain. Called Ted on a Saturday, he came out the next day on a Sunday. It took a few hours but he cleared the drain, having to clear the drain on the lower floor first, so he wound up clearing 2 drains in total. The drains were packed with grease and silt, old galvanized pipes in an old house and when he finally cleared them it all came spewing out in a gush. I believe another plumber would have charged me $400 or $500 to come out on a Sunday for this job, maybe more. Ted only charged me $200. If you got a clog, better call Ted.

Bugsy came on a Sunday after being referred by our plumber to work on a clogged lower level sewer line. He arrived and worked through the problem quickly, explained his observations clearly, and was sure to check to ensure that our drains were working properly before leaving (several toilet flushes and a full sink flush). His work precludes the need for a jet flush of the line. I highly recommend him, as he is personable and professional.

Bugsy was prompt, professional and his work was clean. He spent the time necessary to ensure that it was working properly and successfully eliminated the back-up in the laundry sink. We have used his service before and would use him again and recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I am new to Angie's List but not new to Bugsy's Rooter and Drain Cleaning. I have used him many times in the past and as usual he is, prompt, professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. It turned out I had two different problems and he explained both and what had to be done before he started. Bugsy's always does a first rate job and I highly recommend him.
