He was suggested by my landscape contractor. He put in a really nice railing. He came when he said he would. Then the back steps ? he took down old rotten back steps and put in new ones. He gave us a design for that and showed us what it would look like. Even though we decided, while implementing he didn't like it so he suggested something else that we liked better. So, we are happy with the result. He didn't just replace what was there but he gave us a new design.
