I called to request services upon recommendation from a colleague. Robert called back right away and told me about his services and fees. He was very professional and responded quickly to questions via phone and email. He arrived exactly when scheduled and was a pleasure to work with. Robert took nearly 3 hours. He checked the inside and outside thoroughly and provided an extremely thorough, detailed report including photos and recommendations. He showed me every item that was included in his report and explained to me how things in the home worked,how long they typically last, etc. He answered tons of questions during the inspection and was also available for followup questions and suggestions afterward. He was highly professional and obviously very experienced. I can't say enough good things about his work! I highly recommend his services! Fee was higher than others but worth every penny!
