Very clean and neat. Dependable - arrived before the scheduled time and had all the equipment ready. I was impressed by his pleasant attitude, put down a cover to protect the floor, explained the procedure and recommended the next cleaning in two years. I recommend anyone needing their chimney cleaned to call Wm Sasse.

1. Wonderful. They were professional, courteous and neat. Infact, I told them to call my sister, as she need a lot of work done on her fireplace. Even though she isn't on Angies list, and she won't get the discount, I thought they were that good and very professional, and that they would be honest with her in the price that they will quote.

They gave a price for the job, did not change pricing midway through the job. Showed up on time.Completed job to my satisfaction.

Made an appointment to have my chimney cleaned -- vendor did not show up and did not call or otherwise contact me.

They came to give me an estimate on a chimney cleaning. I discussed with them a continuing problem I had with odors coming from the fireplace on some days. They proposed a solution: install a damper up at the chimney top, which I accepted. We scheduled the work, they came at the agreed upon time, and worked efficiently. They quickly cleaned the chimney and did an excellent job, then installed the damper. They not only did an excellent job of installation, but their solution cleared up my long-time problem. I'd recommend them and intend to use them in the future.

WM Sasse Chimney did a great job and they had a very reasonable price.
