Universal Service is an exceptional team and I'm grateful for the level of service I received. David the Owner was professional, approachable and someone you can rely on. Universal came to my home to install a new boiler, offered maintenance to my heater and helped me with a last minute request to adjust my oven gas line (which was installed incorrectly by the previous owners). While they are in the business to get their hands dirty, Universal offers white glove service which is always appreciated. Cost are reasonable, they are quick and a trusted company. I now have a new go-to plumber I feel confident will represent my best interest and someone I know will get the job done right. Thank you David and team!

David is professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. His assistants were polite and professional. He correctly diagnosed the plumbing problem and fixed the problem. My radiators were fixed and now my home is nice & warm. His price was fair. I will definelty use his service again.

I had a water leak in my boiler room. David came over and did a free estimate of what I was dealing with. They did an amazing job! He explained what caused the leak and how they were going to repair it. They were very clean and thorough. I would definitely hire them again!

I work as a plumbing inspector and take it from me when I tell you, it’s hard to find a good honest plumber and handy man. David came recommended by my realtor when we purchased our first home. When it was time to update our bathroom, David came on time when said he would and has done a great job. So far, I’ve hired his company to install a new bath tub, run a new shower body and he has replaced 2 water heaters for me. A good plumber is worth their weight in gold when you find one and David is defenatly one of those people.

Four unit building with one furnace suppling heat to all units. As apartments become available, David is installing a unit that supplies hot water and heat. The unit is compact and was mounted on a wall in a small closet. (See picture) David is very knowledgeable, his work is excellent and was done quickly. He coordinated well with the contractor that was renovating the unit. We have a number of rental units and have hired David to repair heating systems and handle a host of other plumbing related issues.
