Josh was outstanding. She redefines the idea of full-service broker. She combines the skills of an agent, a project manager and even an attorney (though not licensed). She was extremely professional and did a lot of leg work on my behalf since I was coming from Queens. She was very knowledgeable about the HUD bidding process and she answered a ton of questions. She also put me in contact with a series of professionals that she has worked with such as attorneys and inspectors. In each of these cases, she didn't just force a name on me, she gave me 3-5 names for each function and I contacted them each individually. Josh, and all of the associates that she refers or works with, are extremely meticulous and do everything by the book. She is adamant about explaining every step of the process so that you never feel like you are misunderstanding something. You will not find a more competent, personable and patient agent in the field.
