They told me that the cost of the oil change would be $34.95 but when my son picked up the car, the bill was $99. I called STS and asked what the extra charges were and they told me that the 2015 car needed engine, fuel, and air filters too. They never discussed these extra charges with me or my son and they expect me to believe that a new car needs these filters.

We've been using STS Auto Service for many years. We've been satisfied with the work we've gotten from them. They're very upfront in their discussions about what's going on with the car, what's needed and what's not needed. They're very transparent about the repairs they do, as well.
