1. They didn't show the week the promised 2. They didn't respond to phone calls (made 4 calls over a week before getting a response) 3. They didn't even finish the work on the day they came (a week late) -- they showed up for 15 miinutes and left. They said there was too much water on the lawn for them to finish, but that doesn't explain why they didn't do the other work they promised (e.g. edging on the concrete driveway). They left my lawn half-mowed and were very sloppy / unprofessional.

THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS VERY WELL, COMMUNICATING WITH THEM IS VERY DIFFICULT. THEY DO NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
