We had our kitchen, siding, 2 bathrooms, moldings, and carpentry done for our 3 bedroom home. Randall seemed very nice and reasonable in the beginning. His work looked done but things were done incorrectly, and he wouldn't come back and finish or fix anything. Less then a year after the project was done things were coming apart (siding), grout and tile coming up and paint chipping off the walls. When we had people come for estimates to have the work redone we were told that everything was done incorrectly. We have had to pay someone else to re-do the entire upstairs bathroom and the siding outside our house which cost us an additional $10,000 so far. I would absolutely under no circumstance recommend or trust him as he clearly does not have the proper skill set to be a project manager/general contractor.
