Reliant is the worst contractor who has ever worked on my property. I came to them from Angie's List.. For a while they were fine. The last few times I needed their services, I had to call several times before they responded. Then, they would make appointments that they either do not show up for or kept re-scheduling. The most recent time I used them, it took over 4 telephone calls before they responded with all kinds of lame excuses. Once scheduled there were postponements and when they did do the "work" it was awful. I will never use them again and anyone who does would be crazy to do so. Reliant is far from that. They are totally incompetent.

Basic gutter cleaning service performed. Satisfied customer.

They did a good job powerwashing. The only negative was that there was a long delay from the order to the actual completion of the job.

They never got back to me after numerous attempts. I never received a refund for the money I paid them in advance.

I have hired Mike a couple of times and every time it is a job well done. He is trustworthy, gets the job done and tries to go an extra mile.

Rather sloppy, drain guards not put back.

Jim was very nice to look at other issues I had and suggesting solutions. Came as scheduled and didn't push for any extra. Very decent price too. Really happy with his work.

I paid for an advertise special for 2 painters for a day. The painters arrived on time and started work right away. They were professional, they were neat and they were cordial. I loved the outcome.

It was difficult to get a date for an appointment with them and get things scheduled. But once scheduled, the work was done on time. Price is reasonable and qulity is good. I would hire them again.

Fine, courteous, came on time, flexible about customers requests, did a good job.

The weather and our respective schedules delayed getting the work done but he arrived right at the time indicated in our email exchanges. My location was far for them to come although the ad encompassed my zip code. They did a reasonable job for what I paid for. I was disappointed that two windows were replaced backwards, something I did not notice until they left. He cleaned screens in my rooms instead of taking them outdoors which has left a mess. I had thought they would clean the tracks but that did not happen. After the gutter cleaning, there was quite a lot of debris left in my beds that I had to clean up. If I were to hire again, I would be very clear as to my expectations.

Good, after I was finally able to get in touch and they added me to the schedule.

Very well after initially having some difficulty scheduling the service.

Tried to contact the vendor for over 6 months. First time I spoke to Mike, he seemed happy to come do the job, until I mentioned I had an Angies List voucher, then he lost interest. Spoke to him a couple more times, with him saying he would get to me "soon", but never appear to do the job or even a call back. This continued on for 6 months. I contacted Angies List and they refunded me the money for the voucher. Would not call again, as I deem this service UNRELIABLE.

Mike cleared the gutters and cleaned 18 windows (in/out). The windows are cleaner than I've ever seen them. We will use Reliant again.

Great duo from Reliant were early to start and timely to finish. They left the work area clean and the painting was what you would expect from professionals.

Job was never performed. I waited to be contacted for six weeks, that was a mistake as the refund is only valid for 30 days. After eight emails and two phone calls, we scheduled a day in another 4 weeks. Contractor cancelled 24 hours beforehand. I told him I had contacted Angie's list and he said that NOW he would be able to complete the job. I worked with Angie's list ecommerce department to find another contractor, who did a great job.

Went well very satisfied
