Andre hung up on me. When I phoned again to speak with a manager, I did not get anywhere because apparently he is the manager.
Description of Work: Andre was extremely rude, hostile, and totally unprofessional. I wanted a second opinion for a mold problem, and purchased an inspection through Groupon. Before scheduling an appointment, I wanted to speak with a company representative to discuss the problem and the other company's offer of a solution. Also, depending how my conversation with a company representative went, I wanted to see if I should purchase the option for performing the mold removal. Andre refused to schedule an appointment over the phone, insisting I must use the online appointment scheduling service. If he was going to be so inflexible, why would anyone wish to purchase any service from Pure Service Pro? How could I expect a professional, competent contractor if he can't handle a simple appointment?

At Pure Service Pro we strive to please every customer, as this is how we grow as a business and receive our customer service awards. Unfortunately sometimes our customer satisfaction is out of our control. Mrs. Wilson received a Groupon with specific terms she called and asked questions at which time we spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining the same thing repeatedly. She began to ask for things outside of the Groupon terms. When we explained we have a system in place for our current Groupon she began to get irate and insult our inspector at which time we asked him to begin closing the conversation as it was escalating. He asked her have a nice day and please schedule her appointment if she is interested at a later time. Before closing the conversation he explained to her that their were other calls on hold and asked her to please call again later if she would like to use our service. The customer called back again and begin to rudely express herself at which time we reminder her that we are running a business and cannot help outside of managing the services we provide and recommended that she contact Groupon for a refund as we will contact them ourselves as well to speed the process up for her.
