Neri & Russo Plumbing Heating Cooling Services

They were very good. They arrived ontime and were very accurate. They know what they are doing. They do what they say they are going to do. There is no extra charges.

Neri and Russo repaired my hearing system
during the dead of winter with temperatures in
the single digits. They charged me hundreds of
dollars to install inexpensive parts ( 2 parts at around
$100 each).
I had to call them repeatedly because
the heat kept not working properly. After several visits (they
also have a service call fee) and well over a thousand
dollars, one of my heating pipes was frozen due to
the delay on getting it fixed right. They never diagnosed this. They
wanted me to pay them to replace more parts that weren't broken.
I had to figure out the problem out myself. Then they
said they couldn't fix it. I had to hire a different
plumber to unfreeze the pipe and get it working right. It was the worst
experience I have ever had with a service provider.

We got estimates from several vendors before installing our new boiler and water heater, but Neri & Russo proved to be the best. The service was great; absolutely no complaints. Since we were also in the process of waterproofing our basement we needed our oil tank to be removed before our water proofing work was scheduled to begin. Due to timing constraints the boiler was not delivered in time (we contracted late and it was short notice to get the boiler and water heater delivered on time), however the Neri & Russo staff came in and initially installed the pipes to make sure that as soon as the boiler/water heater arrived they could install it and remove our old piece of junk. The water heater arrived first so they came in a second day and installed it. The day before our waterproofing job was scheduled to start they came in and removed the tank, and the same day we were getting our basement waterproof, they came and installed the boiler. Keep in mind our waterproofing contractors were drilling along the perimeter of the basement and the Neri and Russo guys decided to withstand the noise and dust and install our boiler the same day. They also took away our tank. Since our town is extremely picky, the boiler did not pass the inspection right away, but the problems were really minor things (an electrical wire was too close to a gas pipe - we took off the plastic band keeping them together and that's all). The Neri & Russo staff were always time, professional, did quality work and had a great price. PS they also included in our price fixing a leaky water pipe in our basement - awesome!

They did a good job with the work but the work was a little pricey.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THE PRICE WE HAVE WITH THEM TO COME OUT TWICE A YEAR IS MORE THAN FAIR. I LIKE THE FACT THAT IT IS A FAMILY COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
