Bobby and his team were very professional. I was always informed what day and time he would be able to start working on our project. As a woman working from home with 2 children I felt very comfortable with him and his assistant working in my home. He kindly helped us out with returning a door for us to Home Depot so we could avoid return shipping charges. In conclusion our windows look and operate great!

We contacted them on a Sunday night, and he was at our house the next day to look at the problem. I would never have thought it was the window that was causing the leak! He fixed the problem as soon as he was able to do so. Single digit temperatures and snow storms obviously prevented him from finishing the project right away, but they kept in contact with us the entire time to let us know that they hadn't forgotten about us!
