I have used a number of plumbers. He is the most responsible and reliable, so far. The owner comes out to the site which is always good to address any issues.

The plumbers came out four times and they did not fix the leak. After the third time they tried to charge me more for something they didn't do. When I told them I hired another plumber and that I would charge them for the difference, they told me I did not owe them anything. The bottom line is this. If you want to fix a plumbing problem, no matter how small, do NOT hire this company! Aweful service! My pipes still leak after seven months, and I cannot close around the pipes to finish the bathroom area exposed to the guest bathroom below because these guys did NOT stop the leaks. They should stick to selling fixtures out of their store front and not pretend to be licensed plumbers.

The first thing to note is that they are both personable and professional.  The faucet in the bathroom sink needed to be replaced and the Moen faucet in the kitchen, which has a lifetime warranty, was leaking at the base. The work needed to be done over two days because I had to wait for a replacement faucet from Moen, so the cost represents two trips to my house .  Both faucets are in cabinets under the sink in awkward positions (I know from previous experience).  Also, the toilet tank filler unit and water inlet valves needed replacement and repair  Charlie, who does the work, is clearly knowledgeable and efficient.  I have used them previously and will again when needed.

Our bathroom contractor messed up. Korn came in and did plumbing inspection after fixing damage caused by the contractor. Found code violations and fixed.
Last week, we got a broken refrigerator from Best Buy. When they came to take it out, they left a valve open causing a flood. Charlie answered my husband's call within 15 minutes, insisted he look at it (even though I thought it was covered by PSG- which it wasn;'t, and fixed it immediately.
Don't be put off by the answering machine. They call back very quickly!

t I have used Korn Plumbing for seven years and never had a disappointing experience. After one of our 12-year old hot water heaters failed, we decided to replace both of them. Gary and Ray came when they said they would. The job took longer than anticipated and, as usual, they did not charge me a penny more for unforeseen extra efforts. This is a quality company with high ethical and customer-service standards.

The technician showed up on time, and was knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned up after completing the job, and there hasn't been any issues with the components.

It was absolutely wonderful. Mr. Korn and his assistant Charlie are master plumbers. They came here, observed the problem, and went right away to fixed it. He saved me about $1500. It was unbelievable. This is what happens when you have master craftsmen who know what they are doing. I recommend them highly.

Has done other plumbing jobs that have been done equally great. Always very professional and courteous. Always finds time to take care of the plumbing issue asap, usually the same or next day. Would recommend Korn Plumbing for the smallest to the largest jobs!

Our old In-Sink-Erator garbage disposal was leaking and would not shut off. Gary arrived at the specified time with a new unit. He had estimated an 1 1/4 hours, but had not expected our early-model Corian sink, which is considerably thicker than current models. This required him to get a longer flange to accommodate the new disposal model. The old unit had been wired to the dishwasher's electrical supply, so he added a separate outlet for the disposal. He also rerouted the plumbing under the sink to give us more room. With the additional work, he was there over two hours, but still charged the estimated 1 1/4 hour labor rate. He was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely use Korn Plumbing again.

When the repaired the leak on the water supply outside, it didn’t fix the problem. So he immediately came back and replaced it. I liked that they stood by their work. I also had them do a work repair at my rental. Again it didn’t work; they came back and replaced it for no additional cost. Their price is a little bit high. They seemed to get the job done quickly. They were very professional.
