The landscaping plan developed for my neighbor involved planting two feet beyond his property line into my yard. I discussed this with my neighbor and two employees of the company, explaining that the property line ran along the fence separating our yards, and that I did not want any planting to be done on my side of the fence. When I saw them planting in my yard I asked them to remove the plants. They merely moved them closer to the fence. In addition, one of my bushes was removed and another transplanted without my knowledge or consent. I am at a loss trying to understand how this business thought they could landscape part of my yard without first discussing their plan with me.

Michael's team worked around 2 years for us. We were pretty happy with his job regarding mowing, lawn treatment and leaf removal. We stopped using his service for 2 reasons: - too expensive for our very small yard: $145 monthly for mowing plus a couple of hundreds for lawn treatment, $600 - $800 for pruning, $350 for spring cleanup and disposal, $600 fall cleanup and disposal. overall $3400 - $4000 per year ! - the first year we were pretty happy with the pruning since the owner before hasn't done anything in a while. Last year we didn't like his pruning at all. He was pruning without even talking to us and there was a lollypop shape on plants which were supposed to look more natural, for example roses cut like a hedge.

Spring Clean up . Raked, blew leaves, mowed lawns, deweeded, mulched. All was good but pricey.

We have a contract with them for a year and they come every Monday. They started two weeks ago. The monthly maintenance charges are very competitive. They have a good price. They come from April through to October. They do a spring and fall clean up separately but those are flat amounts also. They come and base it on the size and nature of the property and schedule the contract. In September, we have weekly lawn service before they come for the spring and fall clean up. They also are available to do fertilizing, weed control, soft and hard landscaping too. They have given us an estimate on some landscaping that we wanted to do. We called them one day and their office called back later that day which was wonderful. The person who called back was a wonderful person; she was lovely to deal with. We got back to her the next day when we were able to and scheduled for them to come and give us an estimate. We had a really nice talk about the possibilities as well as the basic maintenance too. They have been here for three Mondays and our lawn has got quite long because everything grows earlier than usual. We didn't know until the beginning of April that our lawn service that our lawn had grown so long and we wouldn't be able to do it again. They knew how to cut it to the right level which is a little long for the first time and they did the extra cleanup which was needed behind as well. The next week they cut it to a lower lever and this week they got it to the level where they would maintain it.
