Juan and his assistant Marshall at Dew Point HVAC have been our go-to HVAC people for years now. Juan is always quick to respond and his work is impeccable. Heâ s an extremely hard and meticulous worker and he is creative about figuring out ways to solve problems. This was especially helpful in our 1870 row house in Jersey City NJ. We recently moved to the suburbs and the home needed a replacement of heating and cooling. Juan and Marshall completed the job in one day, including installing a nest thermostat. He is knowledgeable about the pros and cons of different brands and systems and can describe pros and cons in detail and clearly to a layman. In short Juanâ s work and attitude and customer service are superb.

Terrific experience.

My unit wasn't cooling. Juan spent a lot of time ensuring that my unit, the outdoor unit etc are all ok. While in the end it turned out to be a thermostat issue which we suspected; it did help that he covered all bases before committing to a particular approach. Highly recommend and will definitely rehire him

Juan called back right away and gave me an estimate same day. I hired him and he did the work all in the same day. He was very knowledgeable and prices were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any future projects. Hard to find honest and good guys these days but Juan is one of those guys .

I called for a maintenance on a heating system and also brought to their attention that air was not reaching a room, I was not satisfied with the price for the job that took no more than 30 minutes and only changed a few mechanics in the heating system, basically he unbolted a couple of components and used a handkerchief from my living room to dust off the system and changed the air filter to charge me for an outrageous price also the air problem that was not reaching the room was not acknowledged and said I had to call a different company for that, I would have thought that a hvac company would cover all problems to do with the unit. I would definitely not hire or do business with them at all, again!

Juan is the only one who figured out my furnace problem while other 4 contractors couldn’t and were trying to give me estimates for parts that don’t needs to be changed. He is very trustworthy, expert and his prices were reasonable. Also took care of my part replacement which was still under the warranty and saved me from any headaches with dealing with the unit supplier.

Juan was very flexible and advised on different options to fix my AC unit. When I asked him about fixing both AC units, he could have said yes and made more money, but recommended that i keep the existing second unit as is for now, as it is still working well. I appreciated his response and trusted his advise. Would highly recommend him!

The job was done, but the customer service was very poor. I expect more professionalism from this company. Like having a contract ready and having an invoice ready right after payment has been received.

Juan came out to look at our a/c system. He was able to fix the problem with it in a short period of time. He explained everything thoroughly and made us feel confident that our system will work well for the upcoming future. Thank you.
