Over time, our cable bill has steadily increased and before we knew it we were paying $160 a month for fairly basic channels and internet.  I reached out to their service representative and asked if they could help us to reduce our monthly rate.  They searched their system and were able to provide a 12-month promotional rate that knocked nearly $70 a month off our bill.  The rep was helpful and courteous, so overall a good experience.

i was getting fed up with all the mistakes on my bill all the time. There was rarely a month I didnt' have to call and correct something. For example, when I cancelled a premium channel trying to save some money, it kept appearing on my bills for 2 or 4 months despite my calling to have it corrected. and for some reason they had my service policy was mistakenly cancelled  (I paid monthly $3 premium to avoid service charge if someone needed to come to the house) at the same time and that also took more than one call to correct.   All these mistakes and their inability to fix it when I called , is unprofessional in my book.  The content and reliability of the cable/phone/internet service was very good however, no complaints.

I just pay my bill monthly and I really don't have any problems or changes. I've never really had them come out. They're the only ones in the area, so I really don't have anything to choose from

The overall experience is good. If I had a choice between them and another cable company, I would have to look at the other cable company first. It would depend on what the pricing was, what the services were, and what the reliability was. In fact, reliability would be the number one thing I would be interested in, and then pricing and services.

We just got rid of Comcast, they are just horrible.  They had a sales person go door to door about a year ago. She was a nice lady and she explained everything that after 1 year your discount will go up by only 1% and when I got the bill last month it was $190, so it more than doubled.  I called them and they said well if you look at your contract it says that they can change your contract at anytime without warning.  I have to hold up my end of the bargain, but they can change the terms. I told them that was baiting and switching and that is outrageous.  I spoke to another guy and he said he couldn't change it so he sent me to his supervisor and he said that he could give me all those discounts, but he wasn't going to and would give me a $10 voucher each month.  He acted like I was supposed to roll over and say okay so I cancelled it. Even when you go online all they have is these "specials" for 1-2 years and there was nothing about the actual rates.  The supervisor I talked to was such a jerk.  He said what he was giving me a good deal.  I told him that I could just have it turned off and he said well I can just turn it off right now and so I told him to turn it off.  He then said, well you won't have tv for the weekend and I said I don't care turn it off.  I have a new company coming out today or tomorrow to hook it all back up.  He was just terrible and the call just continually got worse instead of better. I even had trouble with them when they originally came out to install the cable.  I had to have contractor come out and patch the holes in the sheet rock and plaster drilling holes for the cable. They were just terrible in butchering my house, it took them 3 different times to come out and get it right.

We moved in 6 months ago and needed Comcast to hook up our TV and computer service. They did not show up or call then either. Eventually, someone came and did not complete the work so we had to get someone else. I cannot believe how bad the service is. If you like waiting for an hour on the phone, these are your guys!

THE COMPANY CAME RIGHT OUT TO INSPECT THE PROBLEM. THEY TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE LINE, BUT MY OTHER COMPUTER WORKS ON IT. THEY WORKED ON THE COMPUTER FOR TWO DAYS BEFORE IT WOULD WORK.

THEY HAD TO REPLACE SOME CABLE COMING INTO THE HOUSE FROM THE OUTSIDE. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO DO THIS. IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN, BUT THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME AND EVEN HAD TO CLIMB UP A LADDER TO A POLE TO DO THIS.
