Michael from C&M Overhead Doors contacted me immediately and asked what the issue was with my garage door. Based on my description, he quickly responded back that the trouble with opening and closing my garage door was likely that the safety sensors were misaligned. I checked and found that one of the sensors was misaligned, which I easy adjusted myself. It fixed the issue and appreciate that Michael said that if that didn’t fix it, he would be available to assess and fix. I really appreciate Michael’s knowledge and honesty and professionalism.
