He's very good. He was neat, timely and exceeding our expectations.

He is the guy in our neighborhood. The work that he did looks good. He is okay. He is a little expensive from many other guys. He is kind of a contractor who likes to tackle on a lot of extras. He does a good job; but sometimes he is somewhat pushy. He is very responsive, but a little slow. I never had any issue with the punctuality. He was here on time.

His prices seem to be fair. He has been a big help with some jobs around the house. I plan to use him in the future, as he has done a great job.
