I called Advantage and paid for a yearly contract.
The office is always a joy to deal with, pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive in a very timely manner.
The spray work was done within a couple of days.  They know I have dogs and was told the spray they used is 'pet friendly' and I would not have to keep my pets out of the yard.
If needed, I know they will come back and spray again.

I learned about Advantage when I was driving around looking at houses, in search of a color to paint my house.
I found that color and knocked on the door. During my conversation with the homeowners, the topic of carpenter ants came up. They told me that they had a long, ongoing and destructive problem with the ants and that another company was unsuccessful at getting rid of them. So they changed companies.
They told me about Advantage and specifically about Rick Brill (the manager) who they praised. They said that Advantage successfully rectified a big problem. They were thrilled with the office staff, the responsiveness, professionalism, etc..etc....they went on and on....
So I decided to call Rick Brill to help me with my ant problem. Now, I too, cannot praise him enough and the staff at Advantage enough!
They are worth every penny and your trust. In a world of mediocrity, Advantage stands head and shoulders above the rest.

A tenant was complaining of insects. Advantage came on time as promised. Advantage looked each over apartment with minute detail. He was honest enough to tell me that I did not have a problem and did not need an extermination. He charged me what I thought was a very reasonable fee for his analysis. Also, although he recommended that I think about a yearly contract, there was absolutely no pressure. I will definitely use them in the future.

He's reasonable. He's very good. He comes and does a proper job. He tells you what the problem is. Then he tells you what has to be done, and then he does it. He's just a nice guy. He doesn't give you a hard time. He's not a money grubber.

Rick Bill is the provider. He is wonderful. He sends good guys here. They're cost efficient, and they're good guys. I'd recommend them to other people. I used them for over 15 years. I would suggest anybody using Angie's List to use them.

I have also referred them to one of my colleagues. They were very nice people and they came right away. They will take on any concern whether it was beehives or sounds in the attic or regular termite inspection.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUESTS.
