+ -1 moreInitial work went well. Installation of some fixtures were not done correctly due to inexperienced and unsupervised workmen. Owner became involved and corrected work, took over most of job especially radiant heat and water collection system. Work progressed slowly but with more attention. After C of O interest in project dwindled. Owner became less and less available, promised to return to finish jobs but never followed through.
Description of Work: Plumbing installation in new construction. All plumbing work including radiant floor heat, sidewalk radiant heat, water collection system from roof drains, steam unit for shower steam room, dryer venting, hot water on demand units.
