Rich came by, donned his beekeeper outfit and proceeded to spray the moulding and area around the window. He also put a powder that was toxic to the bees returning to the hive. This was explained to me by him, I was not home at the time. My wife was home as he required to enter the house and check the area around the window for any indication of bees inside. The process was relatively quick, about twenty minutes. He said to give it about a week and if I saw any bees to call him. I saw a couple for the next two days but then none. He is a very friendly person and a competent professional.

Would recommend his service to all prospective buyers of real estate.

I was informed by a contract worker that i had a huge yellow jacket nest in a wood pile by my garage and he could not continue the work until it was removed. After careful consideration I contracted Sentry and explained the situation to JoAnn. She sent a worker out immediately to handle the situation and reported back to me promptly.

The agent from Sentry Pest Control listened to all my concerns and needs.  Then provided me with a list of services the they would provide for us.  Performed services then revisited with me to discuss what was found and what was done to correct the problem.  We were happy with all and even signed up for a service program to keep the problems from coming back.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is having a pest problem.

Sentry is staffed with  very friendly, patient people.  They will take the time to explain any and every question you have with them.  I bought my house with a Sentricon system already in place, so I only have to update the annual contract, but the Sentry folks explained the system, the history of activity at the house, and my options with continuing or stopping the contract.  I really like this company as their staff are very nice people.

We have a walk out basement and a working small farm.  Because there is no mudroom, the constant in and out in the summer has resulted in a lot of smallish insects being able to get inside.  In addition, the age of the has also contributed to some pests in the wintertime as well. 
We have seen a lot less bugs in the house, both thanks to the glue traps and some of the organic applications that have been applied immediately near the house.  People are also very pleasant to deal with though a little slow sending out their bill.

They are very prompt.  They are very polite.  They explain if anything goes wrong.  They are very trustworthy.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, AND GOT RID OF ALL OF THE ANTS. THE PRICING WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS IN NEED.

I HAD THEM DO AN INSPECTION FOR TERMITES AND THAT WAS FREE. I THEN HAD TO HAVE THEM COME OUT AND DO TERMITE EXTERMINATION FOR A PORTION OF THE HOUSE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND CAME IMMEDIATELY WHEN I CALLED. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT FOR WHAT THEY DID.
