In all aspects this was a first-rate experience. From our first contact with Ron to request an estimate to when the job was done was exactly one week. Calls were returned quickly and he was punctual for his visits to our home. He easily assessed what our needs were and told us in an easy-to-understand way what needed to be done (parts, permits, etc) as well as what might need to be done once work was underway (chimney liner, pending inspection). 
Of course we had questions and concerns and Ron put us at ease. He and his coworker, Larry, were very courteous and were very careful to be mindful of our dog while coming and going through the basement and the fenced yard all day. They worked hard and when they left our furnace was purring like a kitten. Last night was the first really cold night of the season (almost freezing) and we weren't aware at all of the furnace firing through the night-- the last one rattled the ductwork-- and the house is quite comfortable with the furnace running far less frequently than the previous one.
We had an extremely positive experience with Ron and Larry and heartily recommend them to anyone.
