Home Building
We met with Eric in April 2013 and discussed the details of the job. Eric assured us that the work could be completed by Memorial weekend in May 2013. Eric failed to start the job as promised. It took us almost a month after the start date to get Eric to begin the job. While the job was in process Eric disappeared for approximately three weeks. We later learned that Eric had gone on vacation. Eventually, we refused to provide Eric with the final payment as the work was not complete. Eric filed a small claims case and FINALLY we got the work finished. The work was completed in January 2014 as per the court order. We paid Eric his final payment upon completion of the job. The work that he did was great but it took nine months to get a job done when the initial estimate was one month.
