I would recommend her. She went above and beyond to help sell my mother's house. My mom is 84. Karen did everything possible and got us a good deal in this terrible market. She even cleaned the toilet one day because she didn't think it was clean enough. It wasn't a happy sale because we lost my dad, but she held my mom?s hand. She was sympathetic and kind. She didn't give us pressure. She did everything she could to make the sale happen and also to make sure that everybody was satisfied. Selling a condo in this marker in a crazy area was a miracle in itself. She made the sale happen and she came to visit even when she didn't have to. She made my mom feel like she was trying her best and that was really important to all of us. The cost of her services was about 7 percent commission. We are just getting ready to send her flowers. We found a friend in her and we intend to stay in touch with her because she was so kind and wonderful. She has outside interests with her church and the battered women's shelter and she tries to make sure that everybody gets a piece of the cake for sharing things. She helped us get rid of furniture that we knew went for a good cause. She is really nice. My mom adopted her and told her that she could be one of her daughters. She helped us a lot as there were a lot of hang-ups at the buyer's end and she saw us through all of them. She kept her calm and cool and confidence and we kept our confidence because of her. The price was good because it was what the market would bear nowadays and I know she didn't overcharge us. My mom paid her commission and wants to buy her flowers. We definitely want to give a letter of commendation to the company about her.
