Eric Sudhalter Contracting

I got estimates from 4 other contractors to do a remodel, demolition, new sheetrock & spackle, electrical work, extended closet and flooring. Prices ranged from $25,000 to $12,000. This for a 20 X 15 bedroom remodel!!!!!! I could have had a kitchen or bathroom redone at those prices. I saw Eric's truck, took down his phone number, called for an estimate and he came the next day. His estimate to do the bedroom remodel was under $6,000. He was working on a large job that got hung up by permits. He started a few days after the estimate to keep his crew working. He did a beautiful, professional job. He was prompt, clean, professional and would apprise me and my wife of what was going on each day, and to see what was being done. He made suggestions about the electrical and extending the closet already there. No one else did this during their estimates. I also had him do my flooring. Everyone who has seen it, says it's a beautiful job. Eric finished the bedroom in 14 days. It was clean and painted. He was totally professional and reasonably priced. Even my dogs liked him. My dogs don't like just anybody. I would recommend him to anyone for major or minor work.

He does a phenomenal job. He always cleans up everything after himself. He is perfectionist. I have r recommended him to my co-workers.

We first hired Eric and his team to gut and renovate our 1950s bathroom. The turnaround for the project was about 10 days and my husband and I couldn't have been happier with their workmanship. We ended up with a beautiful, new up to date bathroom. They were always professional, punctual, fastidious workers who even showed up to put in a half day of work on a Sunday. The bathroom turned out so well that the following year Eric renovated our outdated kitchen. Once again, the project turned out beautiful and we ended up with a gorgeous new kitchen.
