Went well, found Chris on the list called and the blower was picked up that day and returned very quickly.  I was surpised how fast!

I had a lawn mower with a blade that would not engage. They came to pick up the equipment and when they returned it repaired, shortly after the blade once again stopped working. They came to my house and attempted to fix it on site but were unable to do so. They once again took the machine back to their shop and one more time and asked me if I had the parts. The parts were in a bag in the garage and sent them along, and POOF the machine worked. All of this mind you without a charging me a dime. They are very reasonably priced and their work is spot on. Their response rapid and they know their business. It is a very customer service oriented service. It's same day pick up and they call you to let you know the status of your machinery. You don't wait weeks, it's a matter of days at the most and they will keep you informed the entire way. If the problem can be fixed on the spot they will get it done quickly. He's a roll up your sleeves and get down to it type of guy. It is great in this day and age that you can find someone so dependable and who does thorough and quality work.
