Cesar replies expediently. He listens to your needs and offers insight with objective views and knowledgeable information on materials, stains and repair. He is responsive to special situations; finishing wood pieces to fill a gap and even getting the furnace to run when it failed to start up, neither which were part of the job. He stays on-site overseeing the work, is patient and courteous, and does not overprice. The floors came out beautifully.

They arrived moved a few pieces of heavy furniture cleaned the floor , repaired the squeaks in the floor installed the new floor boards to the entire area sanded and matched stain to my wife's satisfaction on test pieces before applying stain and the next day the oil finish was applied, installed the painted base cleaned up the entire area. We were very happy with the result.

The guys from Sea Shore arrived at my house on time, they are clean and polite. While they work, they kept everything clean and neat.
I am very satisfied with the job. They are very profissional. The Owner Cesar is very kind and respeitable man.
The price was right, the material is top of the line and it came out amazingly beautiful!
