I brought my Audi to dealer where purchased to have the oil changed. I forgot to bring by coupon which had been mailed to me which was for an oil change priced at approx. $ 90. when I told the service person I forgot the coupon he said it was ok he would discount the service by 20 %. . When I picked the car up the bill was $190. I complained and was told that was the cost for the 90,000. Mille service. It was the oil change plus some lub work.

They are very friendly and they are upfront in telling you what is wrong. They are done when they say they will be done. I would highly recommend them.
