He came and barely looked at the project.  I gave him a $2200 deposit, and he cancelled several start dates. No worker ever came out. He could not give me a price for the contract, but wanted to start in anyway.  His contract kept changing.   When we last spoke he said that he did not want the job, I asked him to return the deposit, and he said he would, but he didn't have any money at that time.  I sent him an email, and phoned him twice asking to return the deposit or to call me back.    I have not heard back from him and he still has my deposit.

"Thank you for your feedback and I apologize for the misunderstanding because it is a valuable tool to improving my business. Our signed detailed contract specified creating one large bathroom within the space. After many months of deliberation and many trips with you to the stores as well as supplying you with drawings, and layouts of your project, it was determined that the project was not going to be completed within your desired budget. The desired changes you requested reflected a substantial additional cost to my company in which I could not absorb. With regard to the deposit, it was returned with the product that you purchased in a timely fashion. I do hope that you were able to get your project completed to your expectations and I wish you the best. Thank you, Benjy Nahama Beaver Remodelers"
