 + -1 moreHe came and barely looked at the project. I gave him a $2200 deposit, and he cancelled several start dates. No worker ever came out. He could not give me a price for the contract, but wanted to start in anyway. His contract kept changing. When we last spoke he said that he did not want the job, I asked him to return the deposit, and he said he would, but he didn't have any money at that time. I sent him an email, and phoned him twice asking to return the deposit or to call me back. I have not heard back from him and he still has my deposit.
Description of Work: No work ever started, just gave deposit as requested.
