Appliance Rescue Service

Badly. I was told on the phone person that I could get a late afternoon to early evening appointment, 3:30 to later. Received a call from the technician telling me that the appointment time was out of the question. When I asked for next day or the next the technician told me that those times were out of the question. I have used their service in the past, but never will again.

Called the office. nice woman took my info and Matt came out the next day. After I asked "how much is the visit" she informed me it would be $71 for the visit. Bill turned out to be for $116+ Tax. Matt was there for 40 min. Problem has been diagnosed but not fixed.....never had this issue before with anyone. I understand the visit cost is rolled into the repair and if a diagnosis takes longer than the first hour then there are more costs but not labour costs on top of the showing up cost. I just called the office to find out what happened and gave her ample opportunity to explain but at no time has she offered an explanation at all, nor did she say anything like "oh, the $71 is just to show up, we start billing labour upon arrival" or anything like that. I am willing to update this after Matt calls me back and I get more info but at this point this is an F. Wife has paid the bill.....grrrrr

The job was done as needed. I was satisfied.

Came on time - gave a quote and arranged for another provider to do the service - have used this company before and will continue to do so - very honest.

I call, they come and fix whatever I need to be fixed.  Prices are fair.  Service is excellent.  I have recommended them to many friends.  What else can I say.  Highly recommend!!!

And, I was in luck. Beyond luck. We ordered a part (seems we didn't actually need it), but with that the tech came back for a second visit, and lo and behold, the machine started its "train" sounds while the tech was here.
He took his time, pulled the fridge back out, checked things, did this and that, and, yes, he fixed it. Amazing!
The tech's name is Jim and I owe him a nice tip. I will call the company and ask for his last name, make out a check, and believe me, will call this company again, and ask for Jim.
Jim is animal friendly, so he should know that even Kati, the dog, is happier. Thanks Jim!

Again, thank you Appliance Rescue ---from a Happy Customer. I am so glad I didn't buy a new stove. It is "just like new".

They provided good service.  They service was of excellent quality.  I have been using them for more than ten years.

I called on Thursday, and a pleasant gentleman named Rocky answered my call.  He set the appointment for the next day, and Jeffrey came right on time and did a great job.  I called Rocky (after Jeffrey left)  to tell him how happy we were with the service. We used this company once previously, and were pleased with the service then also.
