Architectural Service
He walked through the existing structure and found several issues with the current building renovations that were not compliant with current building codes. He offered solutions for these issues that we could perform ourselves that would make the structure compliant and structurally sound. He provided new drawings which were quickly approved by our township. He listened to our requests and made changes to the drawings to accommodate these requests when feasible. He also went to the township with us to make sure the drawings were acceptable.
