"This Is mostly in correct!! It is true we were contracted to Re Stain this deck and we did so with Sherwin Wiliams product's. We followed the exact MDS for preparation using SW deck stripper and then a deck revive as well as a light sanding. Two months after the product was applied it grayed out badly, This is unacceptable, at that time we called our SW rep, and they spent the last two years trying to get one or any of their product's to work... They could not, our customer received a full refund for this project and was able to Re Do their deck with Benny Moore stain. That was all provided by SW because we were their customer and this individual was made whole.We did not walk away in any way. We were cc on every single E-mail and we were the driving force in getting this customer a huge check to cover the cost of Re Staining their deck, Its not because SW was legally obligated to Mr Inder it was because they were obligated to us.I'm glad his deck is done and he did thank our SW rep who did all of this because I was telling him if they did not fix Mr Inder deck I would stop buying their paint. How can the customer say we walked away when without a court room or a lawyer they were given an actual check from my vendor to cover the cost of doing this deck over? This was a product failure and that is why SW provided the money and not us. I am very happy this is over for all parties and wish Mr Inder only the best in spite of this rating. I am aware the time it took is where his frustration is coming from and wish SW would have moved quicker. This was not our fault! Also Mr Inder initially said SW told him we were responsible... SW then contacted Him to remind him that was not at all the case and it was a product failure and he then kindly removed that portion of his comments from his rating. We strive to make all our customers happy and the check for 3,800 that me Inder received from SW should show we are the type of company that stands behind their work and have been in business for 31 years and starting the second generation so we will be around another 31."

"The customer chose the color. The color sample was put on the house and was approved. The house was completed and looked great. The customer paid in full and referred me to a friend a few blocks away. His wife came back from a trip and did not like the color her husband chose. The customer then expected me to repaint the house for free. I offered to paint it at my cost at my busiest time of year which would have put me behind on my schedule.
