They didn't break anything; that was good.  They were able to move heavy objects and they were nice people.

I have used Morrissey 2 years ago for my move.  I was happy with their service that I decided to use them again.  I was not as happy this time around.  There were 4 guys and only one person was padding my furniture while the other 2 loaded the truck and one stayed in the truck.  We asked for 2 extra boxes and we had to ask 3 times before we got the boxes.  I would occasionally look out the window and see the other 3 guys just standing there while the guy inside was sweating like crazy as he padded my furniture.  Two of the movers also argued over how things should be done.

Unfortunately, I moved on the hottest day of the year at 100 degrees so it was tough on the guys.  They got lost coming to my new house so it took them much longer to get there.  The unpacking/unloading went much faster because all guys were coming in and out, but it still seems that one guy was doing most of the work, which I think slowed down the process some.  I can't say I'm thrilled with this move, but it went ok.  I would still probably use them again in the future since they did the job and nothing broke, but hopefully I won't have to move again for many years.  

They showed up right on time with a nice group of guys. All introduced themselves. Made sure that I knew I was in charge. They checked with me for every piece of furniture for exactly where it needed to go. They put padding on our new hardwood floors so they didn't scratch it. We did get one scratch but nothing major. They moved our giant sectional couch in a narrow hallway. I really don't know how they did it! They were so nice to us and even finished earlier than they had anticipated. We had a few pieces of furniture that we needed to store in the basement and they even left the padding on it for us. That was their padding that they brought. Everything went so well!
