Aside from a regular gutter and downspout cleaning, the leader from a second-floor gutter had separated from the downspout and the flow of water from rainstorms was beginning to undermine the roots of the tree below. Telephone calls to local firms for service were not being returned. I first accessed HomeAdvisor on a Sunday and received a call from JNP that day. On Tuesday morning the gutter/downspout cleaning was done and the gutter leader was securely re-attached to the downspout. It was a pleasure to deal with JNP and I will be using this and other services they provide.
