+ -1 moreDan has alwys been top notch in everything he has done. He gives fair and clear estimates in writing and he sticks to them. He is always to listen to your vision and give his advice when he thinks that something might be helpful. He even helped my husband and I agree on details- no small feat! He works on the house as if it is his own and you can see the pride and workmanship in everything he does. He is the neatest contractor I have ever met- taking painstaking meaures not to leave a speck of dust behind (even in the middle of a project). He turned out basement from a place I only went into to do laundry to our favorite space in the house and the kids love it!
Description of Work: Dan is a general contractor that we have used for many projects in our home. He remodled our master bathroom when we bought the house in 2010 and since then has put in sump pumps, storm dorrs, created closets and most recently completely re-did our unfinished basement.
