They showed up when they said they would. The install was fast and painless. They had the best price and I checked 7 places.

From the moment we walked into the showroom we felt we had found the right company. This is a smaller company and you feel like part of the family. Fran and his wife Jennifer were very accomodating and helpful. They were more interested in the job and what we wanted than pushing a sale. They guided us through the process step by step and made it painless. Their staff were equally fantastic. We came back to the showroom to lay out the template on the granite that we selected and they pointed out things to us that we hadn't even noticed. Fran and Lupe came for the installation and did an incredible job. Their professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. When I had questions about the granite and imperfections after the installation, Fran came back to my home and explained everything to us. I also had a problem with the brackets that attached to the dishwasher and he came back twice to remedy the situation. I can't say enough good things about Fran and his staff. When we remodel our bathroom we will be using him again. You can't go wrong with him and I highly recommend Stone Impressions.

I own a home with my son and daughter-in-law. We hired Stone Impressions to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom 6 months ago and we still have an unfinished bathroom. In fact, today we began our search to find someone else to finish our bathroom since it has become clear that Stone Impressions has no intention of finishing it. From the beginning things did not go well. During demo, nothing in our home was protected from dust and debris, even though that was specified in the contract. We incurred a major cleaning bill, the carpet in the master bedroom was ruined, and our formerly beautiful oak stairs will never be the same. Then a worker set up a tile wet saw IN THE HOUSE in a room above a grand piano and would have ruined the ceiling in the room below as well as the piano if we hadn't stopped him. Another worker left our garage door open and a very expensive bike was stolen. The worker who set up the wet saw in the house then stole the leftover tile (which we purchased separately ourselves) when the tiling was complete. The company owner, Fran, was made aware at every juncture of this arduous process exactly what was going on and chose not to fix the problems. We are left with a bathroom with no mirror, a pocket door with no handle to open or shut it, a flickering recessed light, crooked vanity doors, mismatched face plates on wall switches, unpainted doors, walls in need of paint touch ups and/or another coat of paint, etc. Fran talks a good game, but doesn't follow it up with good service. His response to the multitude of problems that occurred with our job was to tell us repeatedly, "This isn't the way I run my business. I'll make it right." Well, making it right never happened even though we gave them months and months to do so. We now know exactly how he does run his business - with no consideration at all for the well-being of the clients or the quality of the end product delivered.
