Their employees could have been more well mannered and caring for the house and the property when they come to do work.

They were unable to clean certain areas. We were quoted a certain price but was charged more.

Everything went well. Roy and Frank arrived on time and did a great job. My mother-in-law gave me a vintage chair that I thought needed re-upholstering but once professionally cleaned, it's good for a few more years. I recommend Stanley Steemer from West Berlin, NJ.

We contacted them after our carpets were left wet and with chemical residues despite two cleanings by another company and days of drying. They were professional, honest, and fixed our problem. Stefon was professional and courteous and most of all, honest. We will never call anyone else again!

We always use them. They do the best job and the get the stains out. For all the ones I've tried they are the ones I like the best. They just seem to get the carpets the cleanest. The reason I really do call them a lot is because we have dogs and sometimes they will get sick so they're good to come and I could get the spots out. I do it all online and then they will email you back with your appointment time and when they are on their way the office calls to say that they're on their way. I'm always happy with that. You can pick your time in between and so you don't have a long wait but you have a variety of time which is always good. They certainly know their stuff. They are certainly courteous, very nice when they come, very conscientious of making sure that they put stuff underneath the couch and they will move the bigger items and stuff around.

Horrible work--their whole goal was to sell more products and work--and the job was disgusting. They left a border of gray in every room next to the moldings--and when I pointed that out, their response was and quot;it's just the way it is--no machinery can clean those areas.and quot; Total ripoff--especially now that we know and have witnessed the work ethics of the K and C carpet and furniture cleaning...
Would NEVER, ever use Stanley Steemer again--and strongly urge everyone to avoid this company like the plague!

It was good, there were no complaints. They did everything you would expect a carpet cleaner to do. The prices were a little high, but that is how they make their money so that is okay. There was nothing bad or good, they just ran their machines on everything like they were supposed to.

They were very good, very professional and really good cleaning.

They do a great job. The carpets were a disaster; she had cats and she had been in the hospital for 4 months. The carpets were pretty nasty and they got the odor out. Their prices were reasonable and they were on time.

First, they were late. Late by 2hrs 30mins. Even if I had scheduled first available between 8-9am when the guys arrived they told me their dispatcher had sent them to another job first. The dispatcher did call me to tell me they would be late but not because they had been sent to the wrong place and the dispatcher said they would only be an hour late.
Most importantly and disappointingly I've had an unimaginable amount of damage done to a keepsake piece of furniture and a huge 8and quot; gash was cut into my wood floor - of which should never have been touched. In more detail the laquer paint has been taken off an important piece of modern classic furniture probably by way of the hose that they used. And for the gash in the floor this was done by sliding my dog crate across the floor, carelessly.
The saddest part about this, is that it's unlikely Stanley steemer is going to replace my Noguchi table, nor will they be able to fix it. Maybe they will do something about my floor, as it is their business, but to see the laquer stripped of the table is going to be a terrible reminder never to hire these people again. Never.

I am updating this service from an F to a D. The reason is that Stanely Steemer did come out to fix the gash in my floor and they did repair the table. The rate remains at a D because none of this should have happened in the first place. I still will never have this company in my home again.

The workers are very conscienscious and customer focused. They showed up on time and did a good job.

This company is very professional and provided great same day service. The two gentleman who arrived promptly were respectful and very efficient. The quoted price was what was billed and my carpets look great! Job well done! Will use again in the future
